Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings can be canceled within 7 days of the booking date for a full refund.
  • After the 7-day cancellation period, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Non-Refundable Payment Fee
  • A payment fee of 0.7% of the total booking fee is always non-refundable.
  • For example, for a one-night stay priced at 120€, the non-refundable payment fee amounts to 0.84€. This fee will not be refunded, even if the booking is canceled within the 7-day cancellation period.

Privacy and Personal Data Policy

  • Contact details are available on the website used to make your reservation or inquiries and will also appear on the issued invoice.

  • Managing reservations and accommodation services.
  • Processing payments securely.

  • Necessary to fulfill our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Consent provided by ticking the box to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Duration of Data Retention
  • Your data will be stored during the reservation process and for up to six (6) months after your stay.
  • If you consent to receive marketing communications, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.

If you provide data belonging to others (e.g., co-guests), you are responsible for ensuring you have their consent to share their information with us.

Data Transfer

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless required by the processors mentioned above (e.g., Stripe).
